Veggie Scrap Broth
Ingredients
Vegetable scraps
2/3 tbs miso paste
Himalayan sea salt
Quartered lemon
Directions
Start collecting leftover vegetable scraps. Scraps can range from onion skins to celery ends and more. Keep in a freezer and fill a bag/container with said scraps
Once complete, add scraps to a crock pot or large sauce pot
Fill the pot almost to the top with water
Add Himalayan sea salt, miso, and quartered lemon slices
Cook on low for 12+ hours
