Veggie Scrap Broth

Ingredients

Vegetable scraps

2/3 tbs miso paste

Himalayan sea salt

Quartered lemon

Directions

  1. Start collecting leftover vegetable scraps. Scraps can range from onion skins to celery ends and more. Keep in a freezer and fill a bag/container with said scraps

  2. Once complete, add scraps to a crock pot or large sauce pot

  3. Fill the pot almost to the top with water

  4. Add Himalayan sea salt, miso, and quartered lemon slices

  5. Cook on low for 12+ hours

  6. Enjoy
