Michelada

Ingredients

Beer of choice - Pacifico, Corona, Modelo, Dos Equis

1/2 cup tomato juice

Juice of half a lime

1 oz. clam juice

Valentina hot sauce, to taste

Tajin seasoning

Chili powder, to taste

Directions

  1. Place Tajin seasoning on a small plate

  2. Rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and then dip the edge of the glass in the Tajin to coat

  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the tomato juice, clam juice, lime juice, hot sauce, chili powder, and a dash of Tajin

  4. Fill remainder of the glass with beer, stir and enjoy
