Romesco Dip (Vegan)

Ingredients

3 tbs high quality olive oil

1/2 cup raw almonds

1 cup roasted red peppers from jar (drained) or make your own

1 tbs champagne vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tbs tomato paste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, and blend until desired consistency  

  2. Serve with crudités, crispy crostini, or crackers
