Curry Hummus
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 olive oil + more to drizzle on top
1 can garbanzo beans, half drained. Reserve the rest of the liquid
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs Himalayan sea salt, taste to be sure
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbs curry powder
1 garlic clove
Directions
Blend ingredients, if too thick, add in a reserve of chickpea water or regular filtered water
Top with drizzling high quality olive oil or chili oil, chopped fresh parsley, or crispy ginger
Serve with sliced vegetables, pita chips, warm pita, etc
