Morning Broth

Ingredients

1 tbs nutritional yeast

1/2 cup herbs ( thyme, sage, dill)

4 cups filtered water

2 tbs fresh miso paste

1 tbs lemon zest

1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

1 tbs finely grated ginger

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil with ginger, salt, and herbs inside 

  2. Place miso in a bowl, pour 1/4 cup of boiling water on top and whisk until mixed. Add to water

  3. Take off the burner, add lemon zest and nutritional yeast 

  4. Let cool and enjoy first thing in the morning
