Iced Green Tea

Ingredients

Green tea -preferably loose leaf

Juice of organic lemons, as many as you would like (3/4)

3 inches fresh ginger

Bunches of fresh whole mint leaves

Honey to taste

Optional: Fresh lavender to garnish

Directions:

  1. Boil/steep green tea with chopped ginger

  2. While tea is steeping, add the juice of lemons and fresh mint to a glass jug

  3. Let the tea/ginger mixture cool completely. Add to glass jug

  4. Pour over ice and serve with a lavender garnish
