Smoked Kippers & Pickled Shallot Toast

Ingredients

Toasted sourdough bread

Butter

Olive Oil

Course sea salt of choice

Sriracha

Pickled Shallots (found under “extras”)

6.7 oz Natural Smoked Wild Kippers

Directions

  1. Toast a few slices of sourdough bread, and add butter to toasted pieces

  2. Place the smoked kippers on, followed by pickled shallots, a drizzle of olive oil, sriracha, and pinch of coarse salt

  3. Serve
