Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

Juice of 4 limes

Juice of 1 orange

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. In a glass jar, add sliced onions

  2. Juice limes and orange using a juice squeezer or handheld juicer. Pour over top of the onions.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar and salt. Seal the jar and shake to coat everything evenly

  4. Place in fridge to sit for at least 30 minutes before using
