Immunity Salad (Vegan)

Dressing Ingredients

2-3 cloves garlic

3 tbs high-quality olive oil

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

Juice of small lemon

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp miso paste

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp liquid aminos

Salad Ingredients

1/2 of golden beet, chopped

1 head of bitter lettuce (frisée, endive, kale, red cabbage)

2-3 tbs unsalted sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Blend dressing ingredients in a blender

  2. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl

  3. Massage lettuce of your choosing with olive oil

  4. Pour dressing over salad, mix and serve
