Matcha Pancakes (Vegan)

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 1/2 tbs matcha

1 1/2 tbs baking powder

2 1/2 tbs granulated sugar

1 Cup + 2 tbs nut milk of choice

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients using a whisk or fork in a mixing bowl

  2. Add in your milk, combine completely

  3. Heat olive oil on medium-high heat

  4. Cook pancakes until edges are as browned as desired

  5. Serve with maple syrup, berries, nuts, granola, etc
