Miso Eggs
Ingredients
5 boiled eggs
1 tbs white distilled vinegar
1 1/2 tbs miso paste
1/2 cup Liquid Aminos
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
Directions
To boil eggs, place eggs in a pot and fill with water until the water line is about 1-2 inches above the eggs. Add 1 tbsp of distilled vinegar, cover with a lid and bring to a rolling boil
Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Keep covered
After 10 minutes, pour out the hot water and fill a pot with cold water and ice to stop the cooking process
Let cool for 10 minutes, then peel
Combine miso paste, liquid aminos, and sesame oil in a glass jar or container. Add peeled eggs and marinate for 8-12 hrs until reaching the desired flavor
