Miso Eggs

Ingredients

5 boiled eggs

1 tbs white distilled vinegar

1 1/2 tbs miso paste

1/2 cup Liquid Aminos

1 tbs toasted sesame oil

Directions

  1. To boil eggs, place eggs in a pot and fill with water until the water line is about 1-2 inches above the eggs. Add 1 tbsp of distilled vinegar, cover with a lid and bring to a rolling boil

  2. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Keep covered

  3. After 10 minutes, pour out the hot water and fill a pot with cold water and ice to stop the cooking process

  4. Let cool for 10 minutes, then peel

  5. Combine miso paste, liquid aminos, and sesame oil in a glass jar or container. Add peeled eggs and marinate for 8-12 hrs until reaching the desired flavor
